Dec. 12 The transport of supplies

 Ministry Partners

Peace was so happy the men loaded and tarped down the truck in the dark last night.
Pastor Peace leaves to began offloading both 2,900 Bibles, Discipleship booklets along with the supplies we are required to provide.

Although she had planned to leave at 6am the truck driver did not arrive until well after 7am.  We stood and prayed over them and the supplies before they set off. She learned a trick from me and ordered a boxed  pizza, putting it on the dash of the truck. The sun coming through the windshield will have it hot and ready to eat at lunch time.

Finalizing big and small details has made us ready to start visiting prisons tomorrow. The first one is Kasangati Prison with 230 men and 20 women but no children.

Pastor Aaron has been very busy the last two day as he translates the 'What Happen When You Become a Christian" Discipleship Book from English into Swahili, which we will use in the future.

The portable sound system is charging and supplies for tomorrows prison visit, the first of 56, are setting by the door to be loaded into the van in the morning.

Everyone ate a light dinner as we had a late lunch. The guys had beef vegetable soup and chapatis and I had a couple plain crepes and pineapple.

We listened to a Christmas message by Robert Morris on Alfred's phone that was really good. It's after nine and I want to get this posted then I will be off to bed.

I AM EXCITED FOR TOMORROW!!!

That none would be lost,

Arlene
