May 14

Ministry Partners,
I can't tell you how nasty this malaria thing is. I preached today sitting in a chair as I was to weak to stand but the Lord cleared my head and gave me clarity as He spoke into the prisoners hearts. About 130 of the 150 prisoners received Christ. I am still struggling with my balance and just want to lay down and sleep. I feel like someone hit me in the back of the head and I am sweating so profusely that my cloths are wet. I have 2 crusade a day for the next 3 days, that is 6 hours of preaching each day. It's a tough schedule when I feel good so please pray that God would fill me with strength and give me a fresh anointing. Give God praise along with me that I am not having the violent shaking. Thanks friends for praying for me. It was so true today, Gods strength was made perfect in my weakness.
That none would be lost,
Arlene

From my friend Kathy Breedlove:
 What a blessing to hear how God worked for you and through you! Good can even use this malaria and weakness for His glory! Romans 8:28-39 -
28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

More Than Conquerors

31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
    we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And Eph 1:9-12. Good is good!
 he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ. 11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.
